Beginner · Beginners classes. Introduction to the game, from dinks to serves, keeping score, and court positioning.
Ages 8 to 14 · Beginners classes for juniors. The same beginner fundamentals, taught for players ages 8 to 14.
Beginner · With the pros. Structured drill blocks followed by live ball play.
Intermediate · With the pros. Drills first, then games that put them to work.
Intermediate · Live coaching. Real games with a coach on the side giving feedback as you play.
Fitness · With Coach Colleen. Footwork, strength training, injury prevention, and conditioning from a 20-year Division I coach.
